Our People & Culture team takes care of all personnel management for the netgo group and is available to all employees throughout Germany.

Do you have a good sense for people and enjoy providing competent support to our specialists and managers in all HR matters? Then start your career as a People Partner (m/f/d) and become part of our People & Culture team.


  • Competent contact and trusted advisor for our specialists and managers in all HRrelated and labor law matters
  • Ensuring the professional execution of all existing personnel processes and actively participating in the development and optimization of new processes
  • Administration of the HRIS system
  • Participation in the establishment and implementation of new benefits
  • Preparation and implementation of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Management of apprenticeships within the netgo group (e.g. registration for exams, organization of onboarding, apprenticeship meetings and trainings, contact person for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce)
  • Proactive support of our employees in operational matters (e.g. our benefits)
  • Close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition,
