Ability to establish credibility throughout the organization with both management and employees. Ability to coordinate and perform multiple projects simultaneously. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Answers telephone, takes messages, responds to questions, and directs callers to the
appropriate parties as necessary
 Creates and maintains files for project documents
 Prepares subcontractor responsibility lists for those who are involved in the project
 Record keeping of notarized documents
 Meeting coordination
 Update Subcontractors exhibits, including plan tracking.
Assist with licensing and permitting documentations.
 Perform other duties as required due to periodic workload imbalances in the office
 Preparing for General Liability and Worker's Compensation audits
 Assist field personnel as needed and maintain general condition needs of field
 Process Purchase orders.
 Draft, track and process line waivers.
 Track and process Notice to Owner.
 Support management of corporate office
