    Industrial Security Administrator - Honolulu, United States - Booz Allen Hamilton

    Description
    Ensure meticulous adherence to company security

    policies

    and procedures, 32 CFR Part 117, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual

    ( NISPOM )

    and other government directives as

    applicable . C ond uct comprehensive security briefings, debriefings, and Security Awareness Training and Education

    ( SATE )

    sessions. Support staff in meeting reporting obligations and manage classified information through document control. Perform the upkeep of Restricted Areas and other secure spaces while overseeing physical security

    policies , access credential management, and orchestrate classified meetings. Collaborate closely with the Facility Security Officer

    ( FSO )


    and Assistant FSO in the execution of personnel security record management by aiding in adverse reports, administrative inquiries, and suspicious contact reports.


    Basic Qualifications:
    Experience with using Micro sof t Office suite, including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel
    Ability to review the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of personnel records
    Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while enforcing compliance requirements
    Ability to pay strict attention to detail and be a team player
    HS diploma or GED and 4 years of experience with Industrial Security or Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience with Industrial Security

    Additional Qualifications:
    Experience with database functions such as Defense Information System for Security

    ( DISS )

    and National Industrial Security System

    ( NISS )
    Experience with COMSEC, SCIF Management practices, and SCI Nomination processes
    Experience with Army Centralized Contracts and Security Portal

    ( ACCS )
    Experience as a Contractor Spe cia l Security Officer

    ( CSSO )

    or Spe cia l Security Representative

    ( SSR )
    Knowledge of NISPOM Rule, DD254s, self-inspections, adverse reporting requirements, clearance processing, and Security Awareness and Training

    ( SATE )
    Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Possession of excellent organizational skills
    FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities IS030.CU Certification

    Clearance:
    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
