- Serve as the initial entry point for requests related to SCI indoctrination, SCIF access badge issuance, wearable devices, and medical devices, as well as SCI network account requests.
- Support the PACAF/A2S team and provide SCIF access control support for all PACAF SCIFs on JBPHH.
- Assist in enforcing access control requirements, in-processing personnel, providing education, updating/managing internal records, and monitoring DISS for visiting personnel.
- Coordinate escorts as necessary, conduct security audits & inspections, assist with the maintenance & testing of alarms, cameras, and access control systems.
- Lead in working access reciprocity with INDOPACOM.
- TS/SCI Clearance required on day one
- Over 8 years of experience in DoD related security activities and familiarity with the military environment
- Bachelor's degree (additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- Strong background in executing security responsibilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, customer service orientation, demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and management skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Experience with access control systems
- Expertise with Lenel access control systems

Security Specialist Opportunity at Leidos Nation Security Sector
The Leidos Nation Security Sector is seeking a Security Specialist in Honolulu, HI to provide security administrative and operational support to PACAF Special Security Office at PACAF Headquarters, JBPHH.
This individual will assist in maintaining proper access control and escort services for all PACAF SCIF areas on JBPHH, processing TS/SCI visit requests, verifying clearances, and issuing and maintaining accountability for SCI access badges for over 1000 SCI indoctrinated individuals at Hickam AFB.
