Key Responsibilities

As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will:

• Represent clients in federal district courts, appellate courts, and administrative proceedings

• Handle civil and administrative litigation involving employment disputes, investigations, and security clearance matters

• Conduct detailed legal and factual investigations related to personnel and workplace issues

• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and appellate filings

• Advise clients on statutory and constitutional issues

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience (law firm, DOJ, or similar environment preferred)

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive in (DC Bar required)

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
