    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionYoh is looking for an Inside Sales Managerfor a client in Carlsbad, CA. This client is an industry leader in developing and delivering innovative tools to enable epigenetics and gene regulation research.     pharmaceutical/drug

    discovery communities. The Inside Sales Manager will develop, grow and maintain a successful Inside Sales Team.

    The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses strong leadership skills, has a proven track record in sales management, and has a deep understanding of the inside sales processes.

    This role involves daily oversight of the inside sales team, setting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing as well as monitoring KPI's, and driving revenue growth.


    Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership:
    o Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    o Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.


    Sales Strategy:
    o Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    o Collaborate with Marketing to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.


    Performance Monitoring:
    o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the team's performance.
    o Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


    Training and Development:
    o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the inside sales team.
    o Provide ongoing feedback and support to help team members reach their full potential.


    Customer Relationship Management:
    o Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    o Work closely with the customer service team to address customer concerns and issues.


    Sales Forecasting:
    o Collaborate with the sales operations team to develop accurate sales forecasts.
    o Utilize forecasting data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.


    Market Research:
    o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    o Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.


    Communication:
    o Facilitate clear communication between the inside sales team and other departments.
    o Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and strategy effectiveness.


    Education/Qualifications:

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    5+ years experience in inside sales management, with a proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    Biotech industry experience preferred
    Proficient with and Pardot software, as well as sales management tool
    Proficient with MS Office Suite including Teams Meetings tools
