Your tasks:

  • Planning, coordination and dispatching of local transport
  • GPS-controlled monitoring of appointments, as well as status control and assignment
  • Customer support for order acceptance and shipment inquiries
  • Contact person for customers and external service providers in the daily timely and cost-effective handling of transports
  • Organization of special trips

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training (ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk)
  • Ideally, professional experience in the field of dispatching, but career changers are also welcome
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Communicative and assertive personality with high cooperation and organizational skills
  • Initiative and independent work style
