Each market hall is as unique as the region it is located in. However, all GLOBUS market halls have in common that they offer space for development so that we can grow together.

Our market hall belongs to the GLOBUS Holding. A family-owned company, founded almost 200 years ago, with over employees today.

What to expect from us

You will start with a welcome day, where you will get to know your team and all other apprentices
Your apprenticeship lasts 3 years (shortening possible)
Salary: 1st year of apprenticeship: 950 €, 2nd year of apprenticeship: 1,045 €, 3rd year of apprenticeship: 1,235 €
You can expect a diverse range of tasks related to the preparation and presentation of all kinds of meat products

What you contribute

As a specialist salesperson in the GLOBUS specialty butcher shop, you are an expert in over 100 meat specialties and 50 types of sausages.
