- Provide level 1 support for custom software across all sites.
- Provide level 2 production and office support to IT Support Specialist.
- Coordinate testing and implementation of new software projects.
- Collaborate with users to gather scope and requirements for change requests and projects.
- Maintain production servers and databases for integrity and health.
- Track application bugs, code changes, and patches.
- Update support and ticket logs.
- Update time tracking.
- Maintain neatness of IT equipment in production and office areas.
- Ensure orderly office and server room areas.
- Participate in IT meetings and audits.
- Attend team, safety, and quality meetings regularly.
- Complete non-conformances and fault-tree analyses as needed.
- Understanding of development environments and languages such as c#, PHP, JAVA.
- Entry-level SQL database experience.
- Knowledge of computer systems, networked environments, LAN principles.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, data management, and backup processes.
- Proficiency in Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office applications, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with printer technologies and driver troubleshooting.
- Understanding of ethical and professional conduct.
- Skills in troubleshooting, establishing relationships, following instructions, prioritizing tasks, and teamwork.
