The Federal Environment Agency (UBA) is looking for a permanent employee for the Z 2.2 department "IT strategy, control and service" in Wartrace:

IT specialist or office clerk for information technology

Applications from civil servants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Your tasks:

  • central recording of incoming goods for all IT components of the UBA (checking incoming goods, assigning them to orders, inventory management)
  • transfer of data to the CMDB (database with information on IT infrastructure) and outgoing goods for central IT or on-site service for departments
  • IT inventory management and management
  • preparation and support of the annual central inventory
  • disposal of IT equipment and administrative processing
  • user support for the use of stationary and mobile devices (repairs, procurement of accessories, etc.)
  • support of administrative tasks in the context of license management

Your profile:

  • completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT-related training or equivalent skills and experience, alternatively completed vocational training as an administrative assistant, office manager or similar
  • desirable are very good knowledge of market-standard IT components and knowledge of inventory
