    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to executives within the organization to ensure efficient operations. Strong communication skills are a must as this role serves as the liaison between our company and clients.

    What you will be doing:

    • Answer inbound phone calls, schedule appointments, return messages, and making travel arrangements.
    • Perform data entry and update records as needed, including preparation of documents and presentations
    • Assist in the management of projects – including managing deadlines, tracking progress, and communicating any potential issues.
    What you need to have:

    • Bachelors degree in Business administration or related field.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant – 5 years stability in the Real estate industry
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
