    Workplace Experience Coordinator 74754 - Mountain View, United States - Onward Play

    Description

    As a pivotal member of our team, you'll take the lead in orchestrating the day-to-day operations and strategic management of the Org Summit program. This role is all about spearheading comprehensive planning and seamless execution for summits on a large scale. Here's what your key responsibilities will include:

    Developing detailed project plans tailored to each summit or offsite event

    Adapting and enhancing resources and guidance for summit hosts, encompassing toolkits, agendas, content, and more

    Coordinating travel logistics, managing hotel accommodations, and arranging shuttle services

    Crafting and implementing communication strategies

    Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to foster alignment and garner support

    Providing hands-on, on-site assistance with a focus on exceptional service

    Ensuring the smooth operation of on-site processes

    Collaborating with various internal teams to support offsite initiatives (e.g., Executive Assistants, Vendor Management, IT/AV, Security, L&D)

    Organizing and executing local social gatherings

    Collecting and analyzing feedback and relevant data

    What we seek in candidates:

    5+ years of hands-on experience in project management, overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex projects

    5+ years of corporate event planning experience, having successfully managed 30+ multi-day events annually with 100+ attendees

    Proven ability to cultivate robust cross-functional relationships to drive consensus and collaboration

    Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for adapting communication styles effectively

    Strong organizational skills, capable of managing both intricate details and overarching strategies

    Proficiency in identifying and executing steps within processes, prioritizing immediate actions

    Flexibility in navigating organizational changes and evolving priorities
