    Description

    Overview

    Scope of Responsibilities: Manage a team to collaborate across functions, understand business issues, and develop solutions to maintain financial and enterprise processes integrity. Supervise Noble Finance and Data departments' overall operations, ensuring training, performance reviews, personnel needs estimation, work assignment, and policy compliance.

    Job Summary: Collaborate with Noble leadership to oversee financial reporting and analytics, enhancing operational efficiencies for increased profitability. Coordinate with corporate accounting and finance to ensure effective communication and monitoring of Noble financials. Review general ledger balances monthly to validate entries relative to business trends.

    Responsibilities

    Job Duties:

    • Manage internal control processes, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
    • Analyze dashboard reports on business performance and margins
    • Oversee financial statements preparation and approval
    • Supervise budgeting and forecasting
    • Implement systems process improvements
    • Develop quality assurance processes for financial services and analysis accuracy
    • Provide timely feedback and reporting for staff development
    • Enhance finance department workflow daily
    • Maintain team productivity levels
    • Manage department scheduling and time off requests
    • Oversee 340B contracts and fee income strategy
    • Lead data reporting strategy for manufacturers
    • Provide complex analysis for M&A targets
    • Maintain documentation of applications and processes
    • Support sales operations with analysis and reporting
    • Integrate operations and develop process improvement roadmap
    • Participate in change control processes
    • Assist in forecasting and procurement reporting strategies
    • Shares knowledge and supports professional development efforts
    • Identify training opportunities for staff
    • Interface with auditors and agencies
    • Implement efficient technologies within departments
    • Complete mandatory training programs
    • Perform assigned duties

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Finance

    Experience:

    • 5+ years in related positions, preferably in Pharmacy/Healthcare

    Special Conditions of Employment:

    • Drug test
    • Compliance monitoring
    • Additional eligibility requirements based on position

    Required Training:

    • HIPAA Privacy and Security Courses

    Job Skills Required:

    • Analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and financial systems

    Management Skills Required:

    • Customer service, planning, organization, communication, decision-making, and technology

    Leadership Skills Required:

    • Leadership, personnel development, teamwork, empowerment, and employee relations

    Behavioral Traits Required:

    • Cooperation, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, involvement, customer service, safety, and leadership

    Travel: Moderate travel required, including visits to specialty pharmacy locations, regional offices, and industry conferences.
