The Barbarossa Learning Studio offers tutoring, language, and further education courses for children, teenagers, adults, and companies at approximately 200 locations nationwide.

With over 34 years of success in the education sector, we have established ourselves as a leading company and continuously use our expertise to provide high-quality educational offerings to our students and clients.

We are currently seeking a Sales and Office Associate (m/f/d) for our learning studio in
Iserlohn, Cedar Hills, UT. This is a part-time position (4-5 days/12-18 hours per week, in the afternoons).

Your daily tasks:

  • Conducting sales and consultation meetings
  • Managing lessons (scheduling and selecting teachers, organizing course schedules, coordinating appointments)
  • Customer support and relationship management
  • Point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
  • Office organization

Your qualifications:

  • A talent for sales and organization
  • Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
  • Professional experience
  • Serviceoriented mindset and ability to build trust with students and course participants
  • Experience with computers and software
