Join the team of the world's leading manufacturer of phospholipids at our location in Ludwigshafen/Rhein.


We have played a crucial role in the commercialization of complex drug delivery systems by providing phospholipids on an industrial scale.


Your responsibilities:

  • Market research and constant communication with suppliers regarding qualityrelated issues (e.g. quality agreements, sample and certificate requests, complaint management)
  • Responsible for independently preparing all qualityrelated documents for the qualification of new suppliers and raw materials for the Quality Assurance department (QA)
  • Handling of commercial tasks such as price inquiries, order processing, supplier management, invoice verification, etc.
  • Scheduling for the qualification and auditing of suppliers in collaboration with QA
  • Participation in digitalization and sustainability projects
  • Recording and maintenance of orders/quotations in our IT system in collaboration with the team

What we are looking for:

  • Commercial education/degree with a scientific background
  • Previous experience in a commercial role in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ideally experience with ERP systems (Microsoft NAV)
  • Diligent, careful, and precise work ethic
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and interdisciplinary communication skills
