    Degree/Coursework in: PT Aide, Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology or Personal Training preferred.


    Compensation / Perks:
    • $45,000 to $85,000 Annually (includes Commission and Bonus opportunities)
    • Paid Time Off (PTO)

    • Applicant required to complete and pass 1 week of certification (may require travel paid for by Stretch Zone)

    Join the movement thats sweeping the nationapply to be part of the Stretch Zone team We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals that have experience in the health field. If selected, all new hires will need to pass two weeks of training where they learn and test our modalities and operations.

    Responsibilities of a Fitness Sales Manager:
    • Supervises staff, provides leadership and sets the tone and culture of the studio.
    • Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
    • Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
    • Monitors daily sales activities.
    • Implement and support company sales programs to generate new sales.
    • Supplements overall social media marketing and branding efforts in studio.
    • Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service and executes company strategies to maximize studio performance and reviews.
    • Regularly communicates with the regional manager, corporate manager and ownership.
