- What you will do as the Sales Manager: Direct and monitor the Soft Drink Sales Team in the areas of sales, placements, distribution, product rotation, code dates, pricing, POS, displays, and cooler position/sets
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs as well as local and national programs
- Meet or Exceed set KPIs and other performance goals including Volume, Margin, Out Date/Breakage, and New Product Distribution
- Create and maintain annual budget
- 5+ years of experience in a sales and marketing management position
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts
- Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners
