- Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Maintaining a healthy A/R Aging
- Meets accounts receivable financial standards by providing annual accounts receivable budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Record all cash transactions across multiple entities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Perform general ledger and bank account reconciliations
- Take lead with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in regards to A/P & A/R
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters or CPA is a plus
- Expertise with Quickbooks Online
- Strong month-end close experience
- Experience owning A/R processes
- High attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Team player, ability to work in fast pace environment

With rapid growth comes the need for highly skilled professionals.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join ResiBrands as a Senior Accountant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping establish the foundation of accounting procedures of ResiBrands (and child brands - That 1 Painter, Garage Up, Pinks), a fast growing company You will work directly with the VP of Accounting to build and maintain the financial health of the organization.
