    Responsibilities:

    Financial Reporting Expertise:Prepare and maintain crucial financial reports, including P&L, AP, and AR.

    Collaborate in the preparation of tax forms for our CPA.

    Comprehensive Accounting Duties:Perform general cost accounting tasks and related duties for the organization.

    Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.

    Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    Efficient Operations:Streamline and optimize Accounting and HR processes for increased efficiency.

    Manage the purchasing and invoicing system effectively.

    Payroll and HR Management:Process payroll bi-weekly and handle all HR duties, including Texas Worker's Comps quarterly reports.

    Verify and complete payment of invoices associated with accounts payable, ensuring accuracy.

    Financial Account Reconciliation:Reconcile bank accounts, cash disbursement accounts, payroll, and customer accounts monthly.

    Manage accounts receivable collections.

    Tax Compliance:File tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.

    Correctly prepare tax reports to ensure compliance.

    Collaborative Strategy:Collaborate with management to develop and execute effective business strategies aligned with company goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
    • 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting principles.
    • Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and accounting software.

    Salary: $62, $70,000.00 per year
