- Oversee accounts payable activities, ensuring proper coding for financial statements and multiple entities.
- Generate invoices for Health Plan Premium and manage customer communications.
- Administer vendor relationships, including setup, invoice entry, and query management.
- Support other departments with financial matters, particularly in relation to payables.
- Verify accounting entries by reconciling processed work and system reports.
- Produce monthly account analyses and reports.
- Streamline payment processes and enhance financial accuracy.
- Assist in monthly closings and periodic audits.
- Manage special projects and additional tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is mandatory.
- Previous experience with NetSuite ERP System is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.

Job DescriptionStaff Accountant (Salary Range: $60,000-65,000 Base)
LHH (formerly Accounting Principals) is in search of a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join a rapidly growing organization located in Austin, TX. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as general accounting and reconciliation activities.
