    Detroit, MI Full-time $125, $200,000.00Posted 04/18/2024We are seeking an experienced Senior Controls Systems Engineer to join our team.

    The successful candidate will have expertise in automotive, embedded, and embedded control systems, with the ability to utilize Matlab and Simulink for development.

    The Senior Controls Systems Engineer will lead the development of automotive embedded control systems, including design, analysis, implementation, and testing.

    The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed. Additionally, the Senior Controls Systems Engineer will need to have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    Lead the development and implementation of automotive embedded control systems using Matlab and Simulink.
    Design, analyze, implement, and test embedded control systems.
    Collaborate with other internal teams and external industry partners.
    Provide technical support to internal teams.
    Analyze and debug complex technical problems.
    Develop system documentation and training materials.
    Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience developing embedded control systems for automotive applications.

    Expert knowledge of Matlab and Simulink.
    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
