Gerolzhofen in a direct placement, starting immediately, in a full-time position.

Your Responsibilities

  • As a
    Support Employee (m/f/d), you will be responsible for providing individualized software training for customers (small groups of 24 people at the Gerolzhofen location)
  • Telephone support for customers with questions or issues regarding applications
  • Recording and processing of errors, inquiries, and suggestions

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or experience as:
  • IT Support Employee (m/f/d)
  • Support Employee (m/f/d)
  • Call Center Agent (m/f/d)
  • IT Supporter (m/f/d)
