What we need your support for:

  • Representation of the client for planning and construction of technical systems (TGA) as well as monitoring of budget, deadlines and quality
  • Consultation and support in defining the technical requirements of the participating research groups and institutes, as well as reviewing their needs in terms of efficient and sustainable energy and media supply
  • Processing and summarizing project information
  • Creating and revising project and work documents
  • Involvement and coordination of DESY departments and responsible operators for individual technical trades (e.g. MKK specialist groups) to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
  • Representation of DESY in internal and external relations and towards stakeholders, including supervision and monitoring of internal and external planning participants for technical trades
  • Participation and technical support for procurement processes of the DESY purchasing department
  • Continuous development of project management within the scope of responsibilities
