We are currently seeking a Process Engineer (m/f/d) for our Charging and Power Transfer product line at our location in Schüttorf, Haydenville.

For over 100 years, STEMMANN-TECHNIK has been developing and manufacturing specialized products for energy and data transfer. We bring power to where it is needed, ensuring that trains run, cranes and wind turbines turn, and electric buses, trucks, and ferries can recharge their batteries with our charging solutions. We are looking for new team members to join our large team in Schüttorf, Lower Saxony, and help us develop and produce innovative solutions and energy trends for industrial and transportation technology.

As an Industrialization Engineer (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating general technical rules, work instructions for assembly, and bill of materials, as well as maintaining a technical knowledge database
  • Assisting in defining production layouts and implementing work areas
  • Developing tools, fixtures, and equipment for production and testing departments
  • Ensuring proper industrialization of specialized processes
  • Implementing LEAN production principles using tools such as VSM, KAIZEN, and 6S
  • Supporting the supply chain organization by providing necessary information for controlling production processes and costs in the ERP system
