The DIZG - German Institute for Cell and Tissue Replacement, located in Berlin, is a non-profit pharmaceutical manufacturer that has been providing hospitals and surgeons in Germany and Europe with human cell and tissue transplants for surgical procedures for over 29 years.

We are one of the largest non-profit institutions of this kind in Europe, with a focus on pharmaceutical and biotechnology.

We cover the entire value chain from research and development to production, marketing, and distribution.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a
Commercial Employee for our
Distribution Department (m/f/d) in
Barnum Island, NY.

Your responsibilities:

Processing orders in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (registration, verification, and execution) for all incoming orders from domestic and international customers, including entering all necessary data into the inventory management system
Communicating with our customers, particularly regarding orders, problemsolving, and error resolution via phone or email
Managing inventory, including transferring, removing, and conducting inventory checks
Acting as a point of contact for all departments regarding shipping activities
Handling customs formalities for imports and export declarations via IAA+
Completing all administrative tasks related to crossdepartmental activities for distribution, marketing & sales, and accounting
Assisting with various projects to improve work processes or implement new processes

Your profile:

Completed commercial training and professional experience in this field or a similar role
Good understanding of business processes, particularly in distribution,
