We are currently offering permanent positions for:

Construction Maintenance Employee:

with a focus on civil engineering:
The position is part of the municipal construction yard and is attached to the City Planning and Construction Office. The role includes the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of roads, paths, green spaces, playgrounds, and waterways. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our construction yard team and help us create a growing and modern city

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting up and securing construction sites and independently carrying out daily construction work
Maintenance and upkeep of city streets, sidewalks, squares, and drainage ditches
Repairing waterbound paths and surfaces
Performing paving and concrete work
Asphalt construction and crack sealing by hand
Operating and managing construction machinery and equipment
Installing and repairing fences, wooden railings, and edging of all kinds
Mounting and clearing of traffic signs
If necessary, also working in other teams within the construction yard
Regular oncall duty and winter maintenance

YOUR PROFILE

Ideally, a qualification as a road builder, civil engineer, or road maintenance worker
Alternatively, another vocational training in the construction industry, such as bricklayer or concrete worker, with a willingness to further educate
