To strengthen our team at our location in Neu-Ulm, we are looking for an employee with a pedagogical background for our training support and job placement projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Organizing and conducting training programs
  • Assisting with career orientation and decisionmaking
  • Providing support and guidance for trainees
  • Identifying and strengthening key qualifications for the workplace
  • Guiding trainees through the job search process (digital information resources, use of new media and modern application tools)
  • Improving job placement and reintegration opportunities in the first job market
  • Conducting application training and assisting with the creation of application documents
  • Project and group work, exercises
  • Communicating with schools, companies, and cooperation partners
  • Creating individual development plans and documenting progress

Your profile:

  • Education/degree: Completed degree in a pedagogical field (e.g. social work) or completed vocational training with additional training in pedagogy or coaching
  • Additional skills: Proficiency in common MS Office programs, knowledge of the regional job market; ideally experience in working with youth and/or adult education, as well as career orientation for students; experience in group facilitation
  • Personal strengths: Communication and teamwork skills, social competence, resilience, organizational skills, ability to work with diverse groups of people
