- Work-From-Home after in-person training
- Multiple schedule options to choose from (THURSDAY NIGHT(2 hours between the time of 5pm and 8pm) and EVERY OTHER WEEKEND(2 hours between the time of 11am and 4pm)

- Hourly
- Team and member outings
- Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our current and future studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
- Be available at night, and weekends for 2-3 hours a day.
- Build strong relationships with active F45 members - know their likes, dislikes, family members, vocation, motivations, etc.
- Conduct (over-the-phone) goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
- Work collaboratively with the studio management team to create a smooth membership experience for the members
- Strategize on methods to increase daily lead flow
- Perform full cylce sales process
- Take ownership of every member's experience
- Attend all sales and training meetings
- Although the job is indeed Work-From-Home, you MUST LIVE IN THE ST. LOUIS, MO METRO
- Experience specifically working in a personal training gym is desired but not required
- Ability to close sales after receiving NO's without creating a bad experience for the member
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self motivated
- Passionate about health/fitness//nutrition/total wellness and be able to explain in-depth how to set short term and long term goals in the health/fitness//nutrition/total wellness realm
- Positive attitude
- Detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap

If you are a positive, outgoing, confident team player who thrives on creating a culture of excellence, this might be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a superstar sales professional. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios, feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness lover, has strong customer service skills and is an overall self-driven salesperson.
