    Position Summary:

    Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative initiates their own leads and follows up on Marketing Qualified Leads to identify, pursue, and close opportunities.


    Description of Duties:

    The Sales Representative is responsible for the following:


    • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, attending trade shows, and campaigns


    • Researching potential prospects and industries that need Titan's solutions


    • Meeting Key Performance Indicators


    • Communicating the unique business value of Titan's offerings and services


    • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics


    • Serving as the face of the organization to prospects and current clients


    • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation


    • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to expand business opportunities


    • Meeting sales quotas and goals


    • Defining and executing a territory sales plan


    • Other duties as assigned


    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:


    • High school diploma or equivalent required.


    • History of sales success, quota achievement.


    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience.


    • Experience in the security industry or selling to the construction market preferred but not required.


    • Experience working with CRM (HubSpot a plus).


    • Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics.


    • A commitment to excellent customer service.


    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


    • Excellent moral character and clean background, as well as positive record with prior employers.


    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

    Work is performed inside with travel to local locations with exposure to inside environmental conditions. This job requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time, stooping, bending, pulling, pushing, grasping, walking, standing, carrying, and climbing. Requires infrequent lifting or carrying of objects up to 30 lbs.
