Production Assistants/Bakers/Confectioners (m/f/d) for our bakery in Niedergörsdorf (OT Altes Lager).
As a Production Assistant/Baker/Confectioner (m/f/d), you will support the team in the production of baked goods and contribute to a smooth production process.
Your main tasks depending on previous experience:
- Dough preparation and handcrafted processing
- Baking bread, rolls, pastries, and fine baked goods
- Production and processing of fillings and decorations
- Monitoring and controlling fermentation and baking processes
- Handling of equipment and machinery
- Packaging of small baked goods
- Picking and packing of products
- Cleaning of baking utensils
Your profile:
- You enjoy baking and have a good eye for appealing baked goods.
- You have previous experience in the production of baked goods.
- Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a baker or confectioner.
- You are reliable, conscientious, and have a strong sense of quality.
- You are physically fit and able to work well in a team.
