As a project architect, you are able to independently and as part of a team passionately and responsibly realize a project.

You make our visions come true and satisfy our clients. This includes conceptual and detailed planning, as well as leading an interdisciplinary team.

You know how to effectively use 3D printing, whiteboards, and hand sketching, as well as regular team meetings, and do not see them as a waste of time.

Your responsibilities:

Creation of conceptual, approval, and detailed planning, as well as creative planning for existing buildings
Timely and costeffective project management, as well as economic handling and cost control of tasks
Coordination and integration of specialist planning
Meetings with clients and specialist planners

Relevant for the role:

A completed university or college degree in the field of architecture
Good knowledge of current technical and regulatory requirements (DINs and building codes)
Proficient in CAD programs, as well as some experience with BIM
A dedicated, structured, responsible, and independent work style
Experience in cost and time management
Assertiveness, communication, and negotiation skills
Detailed solutions for economic and sustainable construction
