Successful completion of first and second state examination in law and/or a Master of (Business) Laws (LL.M.)

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Permanent, fulltime position


Our Junior Legal Counsel is part of the Legal Department, which advises the management, management team, and departments on all contractual and legal matters of the company.

The position is available immediately on a full-time or part-time basis.

COMPETENT CONTACT PERSON:

Assisting in the review and drafting of contracts in collaboration with the departments

Handling of legal issues, particularly in the areas of contract, corporate, IT, e-commerce, data protection, trademarks, copyright, and commercial law

Examining legal issues, assessing potential risks, and developing solutions


INNOVATION:

Participating in the further development of existing legal tools, such as robotics and CMS

Assisting in the updating and creation of contract templates and guidelines


Experience and achievements matter here:


  • Successfully completed first and second state examination in law and/or a Master of (Business) Laws (LL.M.)
  • Professional experience in an internationally oriented law firm or company, preferably with indepth knowledge in contract drafting and terms and conditions law
  • Efficient, pragmatic, and businessoriented use of legal skills
  • Ability to independently and quickly develop solutions for new issues
  • Goaloriented, responsible
