- Gathering and organizing production and productivity metrics, data entry, and metric management.
- Assisting with employee performance evaluations.
- Handling employee communications on performance and attendance notices.
- Managing payroll/attendance tracking using the Kronos software.
- Communicating department vacation calendars.
- Participating in safety walks and audits.
- Leading 5-S activities in the area and conducting regular audits.
- Assisting department leads in directing the Natural Work Team.
- Other assigned duties.

The Team Lead collaborates with the Department Supervisor to oversee departmental staff and production processes, serving as a backup to the Production Supervisor when needed. This role involves managing the department under the guidance of the Supervisor and Manager.
