Your main responsibilities will include:
- Payroll and salary administration
- Travel expense accounting
- Management of the time stamp system
- Determination of vacation days
- Planning and payment of anniversary bonuses
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Classification/upgrading of positions
- Maternity protection law/parental leave
- Creation and management of personnel files
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a public administration specialist or successful completion of a secondlevel employee training course or civil servant of the 3rd qualification level
- Several years of professional experience and indepth knowledge of the TVöD and civil service law
- Proactive, teamoriented, and customerfriendly attitude
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills, openness to digital work processes
- Experience with the AKDB application and the time tracking program AIDA
