HR Business Partner / HR Specialist (m/f/d)

These tasks await you with us

You are the contact person (m/f/d) for management, executives, and employees for all personnel and labor law issues and accompany the corresponding processes.

You are the interface to the employee representation and develop, negotiate, and update (overall) works agreements.

You ensure the up-to-dateness of labor law regulations and monitor changes in relevant legal and regulatory changes.

You manage and accompany HR projects and take on administrative tasks related to personnel support.

You support the recruitment process as well as operational integration management.

You act as the interface to external payroll accounting and company pension schemes.
