- Be positioned onsite Monday through Friday with the rest of your team to support the Global CFO's learning and development initiatives
- Support the summer MBA and BA internship program participates
- Support the executives and stakeholders flying into New York throughout the globe for an annual event
- Schedule conference rooms
- Manage calendars
- Ensure food, AV, and materials are all in place for events
- Reserve restaurants and attend after-hour events
- Track attendance and other pertinent information
- Create and design PowerPoint decks
- Provide management reporting when requested
- Attend offsite and after-hour events from time to time. (Subway or taxi costs will be reimbursed and Fridays may be non-work days for weeks with after-hour events)
- Ensure the environment is set up for team building and learning and development

Is your passion for organizing team-building events where learning and development are the objective and result? Do you have 3+ years of experience doing so for a large global corporation? This exciting 3-4 month Corporate Development Event Planning Specialist consulting opportunity will work closely with 3 team members to support the Global CFO's Learning and Development initiatives over the summer. Most of the work will surround events for the summer interns and the Executive Leadership Team flying into New York for conferences throughout the summer. This entails managing all the event logistics to provide an exceptional experience for all who attend. You will mainly be on site, but you will also be working volunteer events offsite and early evenings from time to time. This is an hourly paid consulting role. For the week that you have early evening events, you ypically will not work on Friday. If you are an energetic, people-developing loving, event planning extraordinaire, Powerpoint guru, this role is made for YOUsalary: $50 - $63 per hour
