Revenue Operations facilitates commercial vision and aligns functional strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. It unifies commercial processes and frameworks (e.g., customer segmentation, buyer personas, sales process). Revenue Operations actively coordinates end-to-end commercial processes and business planning activities. It aligns recurring business reviews and performance management across functions.
The organization is responsible for end-to-end commercial technology and data and supports execution of functional objectives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Revenue Operations Planning Specialist, contribute on the implementation of planning calendar, process, and model for Travel Unit. Participate in the evolution of planning practice guiding and supporting the RevOps Planning teams and other planning stakeholders. Contributes to the consolidation and analysis of the overall TRU plans and supports leadership in decision making.In this role you'll:
Collaborate on annual sales targets (quota) from the LTP.
Collaborate with the cascade down sales quotas at the individual level (based on historical data, forecast, market dynamics, etc.)
Support the Regional planning managers in the business plan creation for the regional planning.
Contribute to the design and the implementation of a continuous planning model.
Participate and organize meetings with internal teams (e.g., customer success, product team) to collect feedback and drive action on the initiatives.
