YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • International order and export processing, including complete customs clearance through ATLAS and SAP S4/Hana
  • Support for major projects in close collaboration with sales operations
  • Close communication and cooperation with adjacent departments and areas, such as sales, finance & controlling, and operations
  • Support for a smooth daily workflow, including processing customer orders, creating quotes, and order processing

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience with a commercial focus in order processing/export, ideally in the B2B sector
  • Excellent MS Office skills and proficient in ERP/CRM systems
