Your responsibilities include:


  • Ensuring correct order entry and successful activation and implementation of services
  • Monitoring the provision of business customer connections for various clients in different quantities
  • Reviewing orders with partners, business customers, and operational departments of the delivery partner (if necessary, correcting order data)
  • Entering complete and correct orders into various systems and tools
  • Ensuring access for business customers through a new fixedline connection in terms of ordering, activation, and implementation
  • Tracking the provision of necessary parameters for the implementation and activation of business customers
  • Coordinating all necessary steps for number porting
  • Keeping written and telephone communication with end customers, dealers, external information centers, and service providers in check until successful commissioning of the internet access and all associated services until handover and inlife operation

Your qualifications include:
