    We are actively seeking Caregivers/DSP's to provide Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services.

    Part-time and full-time hours are available. We offer flexible schedules, benefits for full-time employees, and the ability to make an impact in your community.
    *Maintain a schedule of services/activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives

    • Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver
    • Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
    • Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
    • Ability to work independently in the community and/or the client's home
    • Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs
    • Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred
    *Must be at least 18 years old

    • Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
    • Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
    • CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company
    *Flexible Schedules; Weekly Pay; Paid Onboarding Training; Scholarship Program;


    • Medical; Dental; 1000 Signing Bonus Details: $Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months
    • Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
    • Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
