- Coordinate new product, or part number, establishment, including Product Introduction Document (PID) submission to Product Safety, establish price(s), inform Operations the supply strategy and safety stock needs as well as communicate demand forecast(s).
- Submit product relocation requests to Product Safety and attend recurring meetings on behalf of business to communicate needs and status.
- Coordinate product or part number deletion requests between Sales, Operations, and Product Safety. Set and execute harmonization of multiple pail, drum, and tote part numbers.
- Review and process Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Free of Charge (FOC) requests according to Regulation of Authority (ROA).
- Calculate quarterly rebates for applicable customers and reconcile with the customers and internal Accounting Department in accordance with SOX controls.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned or associated with the responsibility of the position.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years minimum experience in business, finance, or marketing, and any prior related experience.
- 2+ years of experience with SAP ERP software is required
- Must be very detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment
