Delta Star has an immediate opening for an Account Manager.
Full Time, Salary PositionCompany InfoDelta Star provides power solutions for utilities across North America. This includes the manufacturing of medium-power transformers, mobile transformers, mobile electrical substations, trailers, and unitized substations.

We offer power transformers for utility applications including power and distribution, transmission voltages, system ties, and automatic voltage regulations, as well as industrial applications.

Delta Star also provides comprehensive engineering, testing, maintenance services, and parts for any transformer manufacturer through our Field Service business unit, ensuring our customer's transformers and mobiles maintain peak performance.

PurposeThe Account Manager is responsible for the oversight of operational interactions between the company and customer.

While monitoring internal progress, this role manages a high volume of correspondence from receipt of the order through the warranty.

The Account Manager will oversee customer project invoicing, milestone payment progression, change order management, invoicing approvals, and collections support.
Main Responsibilities

Oversees the operational communication between the business units and customers.
Manages a high volume of project information and customer correspondence.
Communicates customer expectations to internal stakeholders.
Manages customer invoicing for project-based billing.
Monitors internal progress and manages stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities & Duties

Monitors and communicates the day-to-day details of projects within assigned accounts.
Maintains orders and account information efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Oversees and approves of customer project invoicing and change order management.
Tracks project deliverables using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Serves as the interface between the customer and internal departments within the company.
Education & Experience

4+ years of customer service experience in a related position is required.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or related field preferred. Alternatively, a special combination of experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments will be evaluated and accepted by Delta Star.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
