Customer Service Partner (m/f/d)
Wiesbaden, Germany

As a Customer Service Partner, you will be the direct point of contact for our clients from all over the world.

CSC manages over 4.5 million domain names globally.

The main responsibility of our new team member will be to manage and maintain relationships with a designated client portfolio, while also being a part of a global company that supports our clients and colleagues worldwide.

Requirements:

Completed commercial training or a degree in a related field, or relevant work experience
Strong customer and service orientation
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage and coordinate tasks effectively
