We are currently looking for a Software Support Hero (m/w/d) on behalf of our client in Regensburg.

What you should bring:

You have successfully completed training as an IT system salesman (m/w/d), IT specialist (m/w/d), or a comparable education in the IT field
You ideally already have professional experience in the helpdesk and support area
You are familiar with common IT hardware and the Microsoft Windows operating system
You are communicative and work in a problem- and service-oriented manner

Your new area of responsibility:

Processing support requests from our customers regarding our software products for driving schools
Independent analysis of causes of errors and solution-oriented consulting
Recording and solving questions about the installation and use of our software products
