- Managing Office and Attorney Calendars:
- Enter appointments and case deadlines into calendaring software (Docket Enterprise)
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Daily Case Reporting:
- Maintain and send daily case reports
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records
- E-Filing:
- File legal documents electronically with courts and other external bodies
- Ensure compliance with all filing requirements
- Data Entry:
- Accurate and efficient data entry to support legal processes
- Maintain organized and up-to-date databases
- Expense Management:
- Submit attorney expenses in a timely manner
- Process vendor and office invoices
- Meeting Preparation:
- Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and other meetings
- Ensure all necessary documentation is in order
- Minimum of 5 years legal assistant experience
- Background in Product Liability and/or General Liability Litigation
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Must be able to think critically and independently tackle new challenges
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Kansas City team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of legal assistant experience, with a background in Products Liability and/or General Liability Litigation. This position can be hybrid if desired, up to 3 days per week remote.
