- Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents, including production and exhibit preparation.
- Handle communications with courts, including filing documents, scheduling, and resolving conflicts.
- Manage attorney schedules, phone calls, mail, dictation, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize client files using the firm's document management system.
- Assist with billing, deadline tracking, and client communication in support of attorneys and paralegals.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation support.
- Experience with legal insurance defense is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong technical skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Expert-level written communication abilities with perfect grammar and punctuation.
- Professional demeanor and strong integrity.
