    Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools and techniques
    Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
    Collaborate with project teams to collect and analyse project data, including cost, schedule, and resource information
    Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets, considering project scope, resource requirements, and market conditions


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools and techniques
    Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
    Collaborate with project teams to collect and analyse project data, including cost, schedule, and resource information
    Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets, considering project scope, resource requirements, and market conditions


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a Project Controls Engineer, Project Planner or similar role in the construction or engineering industry
    Proficiency with project software tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets

    Requirements


    Competencies & Soft Skills:
    Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Excellent understanding of project dynamics and lifecycle
    Excellent team working skills
    Excellent working knowledge of all elements of Project Controls (Cost control, Project estimating, planning, scheduling, reporting and change)
    Ability to work under pressure
    Self motivated, with excellent analytical skills and ability to work under own initiative
    Strong contractual appreciation and a good understanding of typical legal parameters and restrains
    Team Leadership skills
    Excellent understanding and experience of the following project scopes; EPC, FEED and Detailed Design
    A working understanding of the engineering principles involved in a typical FEED and Detailed Design


    Qualifications/Experience:
    Engineering degree or equivalent with extensive Project Management experience
    Preferably Prince 2 Practitioner or APM equivalent
