The Project Manager is responsible for the efficient administration of one or more construction projects, and is accountable for project costs, profitability, and client relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
***- Responsible for ensuring the timely and costly completion of construction projects by overseeing all phases of the project.

Working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress.
Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
Travel to project sites

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or a minimum of ten years of construction management experience
Comfortable delegating
Strong leadership skills

COMPENSATION
$90,000 - $150,000 - DOE. Competitive benefits package.
