Our engineers in production ensure the reliable operation and continuous development of our facilities. The integrated site in Ludwigshafen, with its interconnected plants and diverse production lines, offers a wide range of technologies and complex challenges for specialists from various engineering disciplines. These teams work closely together to meet the demands of a digitalized industry and ensure safe production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

One application - many opportunities. We review your application based on your qualifications and professional experience for various areas at BASF SE in Rancho Murieta, to find the best fit for you and BASF. We have different positions to fill at the site. Depending on your technical background and interests, your focus will be on planning, maintenance, or asset management.

You are part of the production team and support the operation with your technical expertise in conceptual and technical matters.

In asset management, you initiate all necessary technical measures to maintain the desired plant availability and optimize the facilities.

In project planning, you work together with our technical departments to plan changes to the plants and investment projects, and manage their implementation.

In maintenance, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the electrical and process control equipment
