LHH is collaborating with a growing medical industry company in search of an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role requires 2 days in the Levittown, PA office and offers a salary range of $115k to $130k, depending on years of experience.

Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day accounting activities while also managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Contribute to the enhancement of budgeting and forecasting processes through active participation and assistance.
Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with efficiency and precision.
Assume responsibility for evaluating and updating the order-to-cash and revenue recognition procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Take charge of leading and nurturing a diverse team, offering feedback and training as necessary, and establishing clear timelines for completing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Proficient in IFRS or GAAP and SOX Compliance
5 years of Accounting experience, 3 in a managerial role
Effective communication skills; will interact directly with clients
CPA preferred
